Stephan is Professor for Creativity and Transformative Management, Head of the Master’s study program in “Management” and Dean of the Faculty “Management and Performance” at Karlshochschule International University. He specializes in the fields of Branding as well as Spacial, Performative and Transformative Theory – with his research interests lying in Creativity and Innovation Systems and the Gesamtkulturwerk “Brand”. Stephan studied European Business Administration at Middlesex University (London), Society and Economy Communication at the University of the Arts (Berlin), Art Science at the Technical University of Berlin and got his Dr. phil. at the University of the Arts (Berlin).
